HAYS LAUNCHES FREE ONLINE TRAINING TO HELP BUSINESSES IN CHINA THRIVE IN THE WAKE OF COVID-19

Hays, the leading recruiting expert, has launched a free online training portal designed to help employers and teams in China grow the skills they need to function effectively and thrive in the wake of COVID-19. 

Available to businesses of all sizes, Hays Thrive offers three course areas covering safety and wellbeing, stress management, and enhancing professional excellence. The enhancing professional excellence courses are designed to help prepare managers and workers thrive amidst new ways of working by helping them better deal with change and plan their working days – be it in the workplace, when working from home, or a hybrid model of both. 

The courses are designed to be completed as part of a busy schedule, with an in-built learning management system that can help employers assign training, track team completions.
