A maintenance coordinator/ scheduler with electrical, Facilities Management experience is immediately available and seeking an exciting opportunity within an established organisation.
Previous roles have included working as a Project Scheduler for an electrical contractor in the Northern suburbs.
They would manage electrical works from the rough in stage through to installing appliances, receive and respond to work requests, schedule the correct team according to geographical and skill set, manage incomplete jobs and reschedule as needed, order appropriate gear and working with service and warranty maintenance division on a daily basis.
They have ensured all works received are accurately assessed and given the correct urgency classification, run regular reports on all outstanding work requests, and ensured there is an even allocation of works across the subcontractor panel.
This individual thrives in scheduling technicians and has received excellent feedback from clients and technicians alike. With a background of 6+ years scheduling across a variety of industries and working for some of the major FM clients on aviation contracts, maintenance contracts and industrial contracts, this individual can adapt to any site and any client quickly and efficiently.
With strong administration skills and clear communication skills, this individual will impress upon interview with their understanding of maintenance, electrical and FM contracts and will be a welcome addition to your team.
