As well as a Bachelor of Business in HRM and IR, this candidate has a number of years experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. They have worked both in house and externally within an Advisory capacity, supporting a wife variety of managers, employers and businesses across Sydney and NSW.
With a unique and rare set of skills they have developed indepth knowledge around all facets of Fairwork, employment law, legislation, EBAs, multiple award interpretation, bullying, disciplinary processes, performance management, dealing with unions, and advice on a variety of cases in many different industries.
Experience includes managing a large number of cases ranging from a pay dispute through to serious grievances, bullying and dealing with Unions.
Industry knowledge include: Aged Care, Healthcare and Dental, Architecture, medical Practitioners, Cosmetics, Retail and Banking and Finance
Due to recent redundancy they are now looking for a new permanent role either within a similar HR Advisor capacity or within a role focusing on Employee Relations.
